Congratulations to Elvia Santos-Dominguez! She is a Senior at Heritage High School and has been a member of FBLA for 4 years. She loves to promote FBLA, and she has been a chapter officer for 3 years, serving as her chapter’s treasurer this year. Elvia placed 10th in Partnership with Business at the 2017 NLC. Elvia pushes her chapter to do more community service, and her enthusiasm serves as an inspiration to her chapter’s members.
