Congratulations to Fife High School for being Washington FBLA’s March Chapter of the Month recipient! Fife High School has been hard at work this year. They have completed Super Sweeps, Nonstop November & Action Awareness. Their members have also completed BAA levels and CSA levels to earn certificates and pins. They are currently working to complete the Outstanding Chapter activities.
At Fife’s American Enterprise Project, they had 40 of their 52 FBLA members participate as they worked with first graders at one of Fife’s elementary schools for two days.
When they completed the Community Service Project, they had 100% of their chapter participating to collect nearly 3,000 personal care items and canned food for the community, which were donated to the homeless and canned food for the community.
The Partnership with Business Project team worked to organize a job shadow day where 22 of their students visited 11 different businesses in the community. Fife FBLA’s members also participated in FBLA Week activities to promote FBLA at school & in our community.
In the community Fife FBLA created a Trojan Business Closet; a place for junior high and high school students to receive business attire for presentations, job interviews, etc.
Congratulations again to Fife High School’s FBLA chapter for this honor! Go to wafbla.org to find out how your chapter can be recognized for this award!
