Almira Coulee Hartline High School - February Chapter of the Month

Congratulations to Almira Coulee Hartline High School for being the February Washington FBLA Chapter of the Month! This year, their chapter has been busy working on competitive events and community service! Recently, they started a chapter activity named FBLA Mondays; a time where members can work together on projects and presentations, as well as a place to receive advice from older members. And to help lower their members dues and fees, they hosted a Christmas Wreath Fundraiser!

Almira Coulee Hartline FBLA is also active in their community! Their chapter’s community service project, Pennies for Pets, is a great success! They are collecting numerous donations of pet food and supplies from community members and businesses. To ensure a successful project, they are working with other chapters, such as Odessa High School. In the spirit of friendly competition, Odessa and Almira Coulee Hartline were tasked with raising the donations for Pennies for Pets during a local basketball game, and all donations from that event will be donated to the Grant County Animal Outreach.

Congratulations again to Almira Coulee Hartline High School for this recognition! Go to www.wafbla.org to find out how your chapter can be recognized for this award!
